Staff

Leadership is a team effort led by Lead Pastor Tim Rogers, an Elder Team and a Deacon Team.  The Elders at GPC partner with the Staff to guide the mission and vision along with implementation while the Deacons care for and guide the physical needs/facility.  We are all accountable to God and one another with our congregation providing guidance and support on the larger issues of ministry.

Lead Pastor

Tim Rogers has been married to Jen for 10 years and has three beautiful children - Megan, Liana & Luke.  Perhaps the greatest challenge he has undertaken in his life is that of passing on the faith to his children in creative, fun and meaningful ways.

He is passionate about seeing the lost come to faith in Jesus Christ and seeing them grow up in Him through understanding God's Word, and in connecting with other Christ-followers in meaningful relationships.

He also enjoys riding his bike to work on sunny days, playing guitar, camping with the family and all types of family vacations, reading and following most Philly sports teams.

Tim is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and Dallas Theological Seminary and has served at Grace Point Church since 2003.

Associate Pastor

Ric is married to Shirley and has four children:  Ryan, in law school, Erica (married to Andy Rohrer), an elementary teacher, Nate, working for the government in DC and Kelli entering High Point University, High Point, NC this Fall.  Ric is a teacher, mentor and coaches varsity swimming (five years) at Warwick High School.  He has a passion for the missional church, community, relationships and mentoring young adults.

Ric enjoys dreaming about classic and sports cars as he watches the Barrett-Jackson Auction on the Speed Channel. His dream come true was driving a friend's Porsche 911 Turbo Carrera on the windy roads of the Black Forest and on the Autobahn in Gemany.   He also plays the guitar/sings with his wife some and loves to read and travel.  He is horrible with his hands and cannot even use a simple tool like a hammer!  He keeps  his Facebook page up to date (relationships, remember?) and especiallly enjoys his international friendships!

With more than 25 years of pastoral experience, Ric is in his third year at Grace Point.

Administrative Assistant

Lois Beiler has been the Administrative Assistant at Grace Point Church for just over 8 years. She enjoys the flexibility of her job and also the opportunity to work with various people in the community.

Lois and her husband Brad, of 20 years, have three teenage sons - Austin, Connor, & Dylan.  She enjoys reading, taking walks with her husband, and working outside in her flowerbeds.  She also enjoys being involved in the kids' events at school.
